Tarina Perkins opened the business in 2003 as a part-time job, but had worked in this industry for years.  Since, the business has been up and running, it has been very successful in establishing relationships with individuals in different locations. Furthermore, it has made dreams come true throughout the United States. The business not only services California, but it also services all 50 States. The states that have been serviced by TKay's are CA, GA, NC, OK, and TX.

The goal and objective of the business is to build a long lasting relationship with each client, where they will hold a special, unforgettable memory "for the most cherished day of their life" because it was perfect within the beauty of marriage.

In 2006, my sister Fay Scrivens joined TKay's Final Touch, as part owner, and with her assistance we expanded the business in 2007 and added two partners Dottie Alvarado and Marguerite Bruton.
